Hi, I thought it would be nice for me to say hello and tell you my why.
I started my food loving journey at the age of 3 when I would sit in the kitchen helping my grandmother cook and bake from meat balls to sultana roll, biscuits and so much more. You may think that’s an early age, but it really isn’t too young to get the love and inspiration flowing.
I trained at college then went out into the big wide world of catering, very scary. I survived. I met some amazing chefs and learned so much.
Why I have a why
Well, I had noticed that there are a lot of caterers out there that cover all the allergies and intolerances but they don’t put the two together. I’ll explain what I mean. I have so many clients that are vegan and gluten-free but this is not catered for, so I make bespoke recipes just for them, and no one will know the difference.
I have been asked so many times if I have a signature dish. I’ve racked my brain and I think I would say for a main it’s my Pomegranate Chicken and my Vegetarian Sausage Rolls. For desserts it would be my Keto Tiramisu and Sugar-Free Cheesecake.
